BC Blogger 4 is now up. It’s a great way of exchanging links with fellow bloggers and meet new friends. You don’t have to go through the difficult task of asking and looking for an exchange link. All you have to do is spread the words about it, then put the badge on your sidebar and fill-up the application form.
